TurboTax won't download to my Mac with OS 10.10.5. Since I purchased it over 60 days ago, refund form won't process. Can I switch to online version? Another recourse?

I got TurboTax Deluxe as an automatic annual purchase in November. I recently had a chance to download it, and I found out it doesn't work on my computer.

You will need to contact Customer Support to discuss changing to the online version.  Turbo Tax for Mac 2017 download requires Mac OS 10.11 or later.  Please see the instructions below for contacting Support. They are available 7 days a week from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST.
