TurboTax Software for New York doesn't recognise NY pension

Hello,

The TurboTax software for filing my New York State (NYS) return does not recognize my NYS Teacher's Retirement Pension as being NYS tax exempt. It still is and TurboTax has recognized this fact in past years. As a result, it shows that I m having to pay taxes on this? Please clarify.
