Turbotax says "your total personal portion of your New Clean Vehicle credit is zero."

I bought a new Tesla model Y in July 2023. I put it in the Energy-Efficient Vehicles section under Deductions & Credits and after I'm done entering all the info, it says "your total personal portion of your New Clean Vehicle credit is zero." I have no idea why not -- Turbotax doesn't give me any explanation. I owe a bunch of taxes this year.

To clarify, is your modified adjusted gross income over the limit?

300,000   Married Filing Jointly 

225,000   Head of Household

150,000   Single, Married Filing Separately
