TurboTax online is running very slow, and does not save progress

I am facing very slow response with the web-page version of turbotax, and more serious is my inputs are not auto-saved, even after I try to force a save by signing out. Anyone else has the same issue? Any idea/solutions, thanks!

TurboTax online is running very slow, and does not save progress

Please first log out of your TurboTax Online and delete your cookies. For more information on how to delete your cookies on the browser you are using, please see How do I delete cookies?.

 

You can also try using a different browser to complete your tax return if you are having problems.
