Turbotax not accepting my $25 state filing fee.

Got everything done and ready to file. 

State filing fee of $25 not being accepted. 

When im ready to pay it, box pops up saying its going to save the return and come back to it when done,

when i hit ok....it spins and says "hmmm, something went wrong, please try again or call. 

tried a dozen times and two phone calls with associates and after 1.5 hours with both, still NO help.

Finally just sent Federal over and now have to deal with getting state sent. 

Anyone else? This has NEVER happened before!
