Turbotax 2024 will not open

I purchased TurboTax 2024, Loaded it only Windows 10 PC, did my Federal and PA State Taxes and submitted them. In trying to review my returns, TurboTax will not open and I cannot see my returns. How do I get it to run again.

Exact when will TurboTax Desktop 2025 no longer work on Windows 10? The TurboTax announcement is vague. It notes that Microsoft support for Windows10 ends Oct. 14, 2025 but seems to imply that Desktop 2025 might stop working on Windows 10 right now.
