Turbotax has stopped working when trying to launch, I have Windows Vista Service Pack 2, .Net 4.61

I have had the last 6 versions of Turbo Tax Deluxe work on my current computer, I have Windows Vista, Service Pack 2 with .Net version 4.6.1. Program install fine w/o errors but when I try to launch it, I immediately get the error that "Turbo Tax has stopped working". I see that Vista will not be supported next year but with my system specs, It should be working. I need it to work or I need a refund for what I paid so I can get something that will work.
