I have the same issue. After talking to an agent on Saturday for more than an hour and two agents today for almost 4 hours that I learned that this is a known issue that Intuit is working on it. Why Intuit didn't pass the information to their customer support agents?! This could have saved me hours!
The last agent told me to check back in a few days!
I'm using Desktop with NJ State but this issue came when I was fining just Federal.
