How do I uncheck the box for yes I received a k1?

Are you actually using TurboTax Business? If so, which type of return are you preparing?

Regardless, you might try entering Forms Mode and unchecking the box on the worksheet.

To delete Schedule K-1 data in TurboTax Business:

1. Select the FEDERAL TAXES tab at the top
2. Select the Wages & Income tab below that
3. Select  I'll choose what I work on
4. Scroll down to Business Items, then select Update to the right of Schedules K-1, Q
5. Answer  Yes to Do you want to review Schedules K-1 or Q? on the Schedules K-1 or Q screen
6. On the  Tell Us About Your Schedules K-1 screen, select Update to the right of the relevant type of business you may have entered K-1 information for
7. On the relevant Summary page, select Delete to the right of the entity erroneously entered
8. On the  Delete Confirmation page, select Yes
