TurboTax Business 2024 - Transmission Problems with Intuit

I'm using TurboTax Business Desktop 2024 and trying to e-file my federal & state, however, I get an error (see below) saying that my transmission didn't go through due to Intuit's Electronic Filing Center didn't receive my return.

I have been trying to submit this for the past few days without any success. I closed by LLC early in 2024 and completed an extension to submit my final tax return which is now coming up on Feb 18.

I don't see any direct TurboTax support or page that shows what services are not down (and ETA).

Does anyone know what is going on with this issue to get this resolved and/or how I can get in contact with TurboTax support to resolve this because I paid for a product that isn't working for e-filing.
