Hello,
I order a TT desktop (Windows) version, when I install it, but it can't activate.
I called customer services, they use a remote screen monitor software to help me, but we are still not resolve issues.
We spends whole day, just circle in uninstall, download, install, activate failed, try again, but we are got nothing in final.
My question, how can we resolve the activate issues?
btw: masked login account is purchase order account, and download link from order confirm email (navigation to Turbotax website)
