Turbotax 2025 desktop problem - importing documents completion

I am attempting to import documents from brokerages.  This has happened on two.  I successfully authenticate with website beginning https://ttd-fdp-ui-config-v2.app.intuit.com/cg-ttd-us-fdp/acquire109xDocuments?taxYear=2025 but after it says "Success, we got your tax data, you can return to Turbotax..", I go back to Turbotax and nothing has happened.  I've waited 10 minutes for a change in the screen a turbotax and nothing has happened.  I can press continue or skip.  If I press continue, it goes back to importing.  If I press Skip, nothing has happened.  

I'm on PC/windows 2011.  Browser is edge.
