Turbotax 2024 Premier won't figure non-deductible contributions

When I get to get screen that asks if I made non-deductible contributions to my IRA, as part of my Roth conversion, I select yes and the "button" to continue doesn't do anything.

I think I figured out the problem. TT did not import my 8606T from 2023. The form is completely blank even though I still had a non-deductible balance on 2023 8606. Not sure how, and when, to fix it without starting over with a new import of 2023.
