TurboTax 2023 incorrectly imports 1099-B from Schwab- Looks like it's is due to Ampersand &&

If the ampersand ("&") is in the company name (e.g. AT&T, S&P 500), then TurboTax 2023 incorrectly truncates the Description in the Investment Income Section. 

Example:

Description from Schwab 1099-B = "100.00 SPDR S&P 500 ETF"

Description after TurboTax 2023 Import = "P500 ETF"

Workaround is to manually fix these descriptions.

I can confirm this is still a bug, (AT&T imports as ATandT) and still will be for years to come, Intuit doesn't care -  they put all their money into marketing.  TurboTax is a shiny wrapper on a stinky turd - sadly the online tax preparation industry has pretty low standards so the one with the shiniest turd comes out on top.
