I found the issue! When entering the Sales with AMD, choose 'Summary' on the first screen. Then the checkbox will open for 'I need to...' and make the negative amount AMD entry.

This creates a correct Cap Asset Worksheet entry, and a G/L Worksheet. You will still need to type in the Sch B amount in Part IV, if it didn't populate.

Sch B and Form 8949 are correct.
