Turbo tax will not let me e file

I have a Turbo tax software question. I have completed my return and I am at the last step of filing. However, when I " file" I am taken back to my form to fill in "one more item" I am sent to SCHEDULE 8812 to fill in line B1 for '"advance child tax credit payments received from letter 6419 TAXPAYER.  I have no children and did not receive a letter 6419. Turbo will not let me file my return. I have printed out my return and the dependents section on my form 1040 is blank???????

I had the same exact issue. I put in 0.00 and then it let me file.
