Turbo Tax says the amount of my stimulus is correct. In my estimation it is not correct and I don't know what to do about it. The IRS did not count one my dependents.

The numbers listed by Turbo Tax for Stimulus 1 and 2 are higher than the number for just my husband and myself, but lower than the amount for us + two kids.  Turbo Tax asks to enter the correct amount received.  Should that amount be the amount for me and my husband ONLY, or the total amount we received for the four of us?

Report the amount received for the four of you.

In TurboTax Online, you are prompted to input stimulus check 1 and stimulus check 2 information under Review down the left hand side of the screen.  You may also access your stimulus check choices by following these steps: 

• Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
• Across the top of the screen, click on Other Tax Situations.
• At the screen Let’s keep going to wrap up.  Click on Let’s keep going.
• At the screen Let’s make sure you got the right stimulus amount, click Continue.
• At the screen Did you get a stimulus payment? you can update your stimulus check entries.

The tools that turbotax mentioned didn't work and I could not get back in to change or check the amounts. When I first entered the stimulus I received last year it said I was due much more last year and then again this year. When I saw nothing on my 1040 line 30 stimulus rebate credit, I ran the numbers on free calculators froim the web and they confirmed I was not eligible for a rebate.   Turbotax makes a ton of money and should be better at things like this!
