Turbo Tax printed two Schedule 1's for my State tax return and appears incorrect. The first one has my name, no SS number, and no data on it (other than two lines that have "0"). The second one has a few values filled in, and contains my name and my SS number. Why would I need to send in the first Schedule 1? Seems incorrect to me. Thoughts?

We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question?
What is the name of the state?
I completed my Federal and State returns in TurboTax online. Filed federal return electronically, but TT said I had to print and mail my State return (MI) due to having more than 36 short term capital gain/losses. When I printed to the State return, TT printed all the forms for filing. However, I noticed TT printed two Schedule 1's. The first one has my name, no SS, and no values on any lines. The second one has my name, SS# and correct values on the schedule that I recognize. Seems like the first Schedule 1 does not need to be included. Am I correct?
Are you filing more than one state return?
No, I am only filing one State return. I even checked the PDF I downloaded to the print out and both match, as I wondered if the printer made an error when printing the return. However, this is not the case, since the TT return I downloaded as a PDF matches exactly to the printed copy I am holding.
Yes, maybe it was the printer, you can discard the one that is incomplete.
I plan to not file the incomplete (second Sch 1), but doesn't appear to be the printer, as the PDF tax returns downloaded from TT shows both in the PDF. This is why I think it is a mistake by TT. Nonetheless, thanks for the assistance.
