Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?
A full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, so sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).

Thanks. I cleared everything in Chrome and I still can't see or revise what I have input.
It tells me what I have input, but I can't seem to find a way to revise anything.
I am using Home and Business in Windows.
Maybe I need to uninstall and reinstall Turbo Tax, but I don't know how to do that without paying again.
I called Intuit Tech Support - screen-shared with them - and they were puzzled as well. I suggested uninstallling the program and re-installing it (from Amazon) and wondered if I would need a new code to activate it. They said no, so I did that and the problem was solved without needing to re-authenticate the download.
