turbo tax installations and connections

a couple questions here

stmt-1 you can install turbo tax 5x on 5 different computers, via cd install.

is the above, stmt-1, true?

stmt-2 if you install via the download option, you either tie it to an existing account or if

not choosing an existing account intuit will create some unknown account for you. either way

you cannot download/install a 2nd time because the license code is tied to the first install account

is the above, stmt-2, true?

what are the benefits of having a turbotax associated with your intuit account that also has quickbooks?

Yes and no.    Up to 5 computer that *you* own.  It is a violates the license agreement to share TurboTax with a 3rd party.
