which turbo tax products do I need??? i file for an s corp and personal taxes with deductions for rentals/k forms etc

You will need to use TurboTax Business (link below) to prepare and file a return for an S corporation (Form 1120-S) and associated K-1s.

TurboTax Business is only available as a desktop (installed) product and is not available online nor is there a Mac version; it must be installed and run in a Windows environment. 

You will also need a personal income tax preparation product to prepare your individual income tax return. You can use any desktop TurboTax product for that purpose but Premier is recommended since it provides more guidance in terms of entering a K-1.
