Turbo Tax Deluxe Online can't complete filing my taxes. Freezes after selecting paymenent with a warning to call

I completed my taxes online.

I verified my order.

I attempt to pay for the order.

Turbo Tax comes back with a warning that it can't complete the transaction and that I should call the listed number to finish the transaction.

"Andy" the helpful service representative patched me over to the turbo tax service desk.

The artificial "intelligence" at the service desk answering my call sent me here.

If any one wants to help, great.

I'll be back in a week. Hopefully I'll have the hole in the drywall fixed by then.
