Turbo Tax 2024 wont import from Quicken 2024 again...

Again this year I cant get Turbo tax to import from Quicken?  I tried adding the runtime files, but it didnt help.

related I had files coming from EPD an LLP oil company which I had sold a lot of shares in 2024.  I was able to down load directly from EPD website forms called K-1 (1065). then in late March EPD notified they had revised the same forms and I needed to erase and redownload.  the program would not download, I bought the expert chat and 2 of the geeks couldn't down load.  I downloaded to my Doc file on my desktop but still could not get it in to the TTX program. Geek #3 helped me do that---so you might try downloading to your document file and then get the ttx program to go get it--there was no clear instruction anywhere--it was all trial and error.  And since I had 4 accounts at schwab--I had to do the routine 4 times.  Good luck.
