Turbo Tax 2024 Cannot Transfer 2023 Return

I just downloaded 2024 TT and it finds my return file from last year. When I click Transfer Return, a popup says Reading Your Return... and then nothing happens. My only option is to "Continue Without Transferring".

I'm not transferring a pdf, I'm transferring the 2023 data file.
