Turbo tax 2017 won't import info from 2016 return. 2016 return is listed but is "greyed out" and I can't select it. What can I do?

Turbo tax 2017 won't import info from 2016 return. 2016 return is listed but is "greyed out" and I can't select it. What can I do?

I am only guessing here but make sure that the 2016 Tax Return file is located in the directory that Turbo Tax 2017 is looking in. It sounds like it just can't find the 2016 Tax Return file.
