TT State tax is in a continuous loop

Somehow the CA state tax has gotten itself into a loop.  When I initially began entering data, I was able to make the necessary few entries to the state taxes.  And now that I have made the final entries on the federal form and am ready to file, I get this scenario:

Lets work on your state return.  Click on continue

Finished with state return?  Click on done with states

Live tax advice? Click on skip for now

Lets make sure your taxes are correct.  Click on continue

Analyzing your return.  Click on continue

It never displays the analysis and immediately goes to "Lets finish your California return first".  When I click on let's finish CA now", it immediately goes back to the "Lets work on your state return." page.  It is now in this endless loop.
