TT H&B Desktop - Downloaded program which was labele 2024 but upon installine it said 2023 came back and said it was alread installed

TT H&B Desktop - problem installing. W2s and 1099s have to be post marked on 01/31/2025

Where did you get your 2024 download?  If from a vendor, reach out to them, you may have received an incorrect download link.  If from Intuit, contact Customer Service to report the wrong year product. 

If you do have TurboTax 2023 installed on your computer also, make sure it is not open/running when trying to install 2024.
