TT H&B 2024 Desktop can't directly import from Quicken Classic Biz & Personal

I've seen this discussed in TT 2023, and now it's still happening in TT 2024, so I am starting a new discussion. I have been using Quicken and TT for nearly 30 years. Starting in tax year 2023, I have been unable to directly import my Quicken tax info into TT. Yes, I can export a tax file from Quicken and then import that file into TT, but that's an extra step.

Here's my version info for both programs:

Quicken Classic Business and Personal for Windows, Version R60.20, Build 27.1.60.20

TurboTax Home and Business 2024, Version 024.000.0265.

I suspect the reason I can't directly import into without first exporting from Quicken has something to do with Intuit spinning off Quicken to another company. The two programs no longer seem to talk to each other well. My request is to either please remove the "Import from Quicken" option in TT, forcing us to do the export from Quicken, or to make it work the way it always has prior to 2023.
