TT Deluxe, Review Tab, Run Smart Check yields error on Tax and Interest Deduction Worksheet, line 1a(3): ...values are too large and ... caused calculation errors.

I get to the Review tab and run Smart Check and get a single error: Some values are large and have caused calculation errors. The Tax and Interest Deduction Worksheet is displayed with line 1a(3) highlighted, containing a value of $0. How can this be too large? More importantly, can I file my return even with this error, if I'm using the standard deduction?
