Are you sure they aren't asking for an account number and document number (not username/password)? This would be on the document itself. That is how it works for TDA.
I am positive. They are asking for my Fidelity.com Username & Fidelity.com Password
You may want to try manually entering your 1099-INT from Fidelity or feel free to contact customer support for additional assistance. I have provided their information below.
