Trying to import 1099-b from scottrade put act and password won't import

Brokerage firms aren't required to mail forms 1099-B until February 15. If you can't import yours, it is probably because Scottrade is not ready to release it.

You can try contacting your broker to see when they think the form might be available, but don't hold your breath.
