Trying to efile a 1041; immediately get the yellow triangle error sign, but there is no explanation message. I have already efiled two other 1041s this week with no problem. No errors in return. Tried later, same thing.

Have you checked your forms in Forms Mode for any red exclamation marks?

I checked, but no. Closed TT and restarted, did updates, and now it transmitted correctly. The weird thing was getting no message - I've seen the yellow transmit error icon before, but always with an explanation. Obviously another bug somewhere.
