Trying to e-file my GA state 600S taxes. It keeps requiring me to file form IT-FC. Without it, Turbo Tax will not let me e-file. I should not require form IT-TC. Why

Film Tax Credits, also known as movie production incentives, they are tax benefits offered on a state by state basis throughout the United States to encourage in-state film production. 

If that does not apply to you, follow the instructions to delete the form:

• Click "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
• Click "Tools"
• Click "Delete a Form"
• Find form IT-FC
• "Delete"
• "Confirm Deletion"
