transmission failed

I received a message when transmitting my return electronically which essentially said:  "failed validation due to an update being available for turbotax application"

I bought turbotax this year on amazon.  downloaded the software.  completed my taxes. but got this error.  Then i tried downloading the software again.  still getting same error.  when i log into online turbotax website, it doesn't recognize i've already bought this year's package.  how can I update my application?

fixed.  just quit the program altogether. and opened it again. the software in ios updated when the app opened again
