Timber sales - TT form not working

I'm trying to enter a timber sale. As instructed, I went to the "Your investment sales summary" and tried to add another sale - selecting "Other". The drop-down boxes on that page do not work. They are stuck.

Has anyone run into this issue? What is the resolution?
