It sounds like you are using Turbotax Online product. You will need to know which username and password login you used to file your tax return to access your account. You may also click forgot username and password at turbotax.com. or call

It is forcing me to upgrade to premium, it thinks I have sold investment. I have NOT sold any investment. I just entered the small interest gain on my bank account?
