THIS IS A TURBO DEBIT CARD WARNING!
I have tried everything. Nobody told me I would not be able to access my account if I lost my password. This is a flawed design of the platform.
Things I have tried
- Resetting my password @ turbodebitcard.com website
- Calling TurboTax support line
- Waiting for my TurboTax Debit Card
- Contacting TurboTax chat support
- Trying every possible password
- And now, posting my issue on TurboTax's public support forum
Turbo Debit Card website required me to create an entire new account.
This account must have a specific password, which prevents using exclamation marks.
This account must have a password with more than 10 characters.
This makes it very difficult to remember a password.
TurboTax will not give you a way to reset your password without a card number.
TurboTax does not make you aware of this fact before opting into their program!!! BE AWARE!!!
TurboTax support absolutely sucks. They were no help whatsoever.
I have access to my social security number, my e-mail, my identification card, a picture of myself, my date of birth, my birth certificate, my bank account, my TurboTax account login but they will not accept ANYTHING as an alternative identification other than the CARD that was issued by them!!
If you lose your card, you are absolutely screwed.
