With this in mind, what is the problem that you're having?
I get an error window that pops up in the middle of completing my tax information. It says "Hmm ... we've hit a snag." Then below in the body it says "We recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure your information is correct."
I click OK. Then it sends itself into a loop. It doesn't send me back to the previous topic, it just loops back to the error message over and over again. I've tried closing the error window, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and it continues to go directly back to this loop. Is there a fix for this? If not, how do I request a refund?
