The W-2 income would be reported as wages.

I don't know what you mean by "non-taxed income" from class action settlement?  Do you mean it hasn't been taxed before, or supposed to be non-taxable?  I would be very careful about treating it as non-taxable. 

To be non-taxable, it generally must relate to medical payments.  Otherwise, unless you have written instructions that it is non-taxable for federal purposes, backed by why it's non-taxable, you should report it.

It would be reported as misc other income.
