The Turbotax software is not letting me pay with my credit card, but forcing me to pay with my refund, it says the refund transfer payment method is not available

I am able to log into my Turbotax Intuit account to pay with a credit card. Do you have a Turbotax account?

Yes, I have an account, but there is no where to pay on my end.  I have the software installed and that's where the error is occurring.  When I try and submit and pay using my refund, (the other option), it says refund payment transfer option not available, pay with credit card or try again later.  I'm not getting anywhere.
