The state I moved to is showing I have $0 in tax payments according to Tax Summary - G. I have paid more than that on my paystubs. How do I get it to calculate correctly?

It shows I owe the full amount of taxable income for state plus and underpayment penalty, but according to my paystubs I have paid most of it. But TurboTax isn't calculating that.

Does your w-2 show the amount of taxes withheld for the state? check w-2 boxes 15,16 and 17 for state information.

If you moved from one state to another you'll need to file part-year returns in both states. You need to make sure you've set up your personal information correctly. TurboTax will ask you about where you lived in 2023 when you set up your personal information.

How do I file a part-year state return?
