The software showed I owe a $43 for an underpayment fee. Is this automatically added to my taxes?

You have the choice to add the underpayment penalty to your tax return. If it has been added to your tax return, you will find it on line 38 of the Federal 1040 tax return.

I receive NYS notice DTF-160, notice code 3201. This is an error in Turbotax software when Turbotax did my return. Turbitax had added an unknown number to my FORM IT-370, line 75 (my estimated tax payment) and this screwed up my return
