The return is coming out with estimated tax payments do i have to pay and send those or is it just suggested?

The 1040 ES or state estimated payments that TurboTax gives you are suggestions, they are not mandatory.  If you do not feel like you need them or don't want to, you can just discard the payment vouchers that print with your return.
