The process of importing my business information from QuickBooks is hanging. Any tips?

TurboTax finds my file, I log in, and then I get the little blue spinny wheel of death. Forever.....

Please clear the cache on your browser as well as delete the cookies. Once done, close the browser and reopen and try once more.
