The only income I receive is supplemental security income (SSI) payments, where do i report those on my taxes? do i even have to file my taxes?

No if your only income is social security, it is not taxable and you are not required to file a tax return.

Supplemental security income (SSI) is never taxable and never entered on a tax return even if you have other income.
