The number in box 19 of my W-2 is xxxxxxxxx and turbo tax is reading this as $616,857,003. I don’t know why it has that number as it must be a code. I’m stuck on this.

Did you import your W2? You may need to delete it and then enter it manually without Box 19 entry.
