The IRS wants me to fill out form 8962 for 2014. I filed exempt on 8965 because I am verified Native. What should I do?

Yes. I filed late. It’s for 2014. I’m confused as to what to write on the 8962 form. No where is there an option for exemption.

If they're asking for the 8962 that means you signed up for Marketplace Health coverage at some point...do you remember doin that?
