The IRS, VA, and DOD published the Strickland Decision in 2017. Can Turbotax help me file a response to that?

no. why not use your favorite search engine and enter the term.  you'll get a lot of hits.

Essentially, you need to know what you're doing. You have to apply workarounds, in TurboTax (TT).
