The Indiana State taxes withheld on my form says $120.00. I also made an estimated payment in October of 2023 of $350.00. Can this be added on before you file?

Yes, you should add it before you file.   It is entered in the Federal section >> Deductions and Credits >> Estimates Paid.    After you click on Estimates, scroll down to State estimated taxes for 2023.  Click Start there and enter your payment amount and date - TurboTax will transfer it to your state return.
