The form is telling me "Needs info" for address type. Everything is filled in. But showing Red box around U.S. Address.

There are only 2 options, US Address or Foreign Address. My 1099-R is for my US Military retirement pay, it is a US address.

I am having the same problem - asking for a zip code from Edward Jones but won't accept what is showing on my 1099-R!

Delete the form and re-enter it again. Also confirm that the address on the 1099-R is a U.S address and that the state and ZIP code are entered correctly.
